Hardware Services

Zitera offers world class hardware design, production and automated testing services for South African and international clients. Zitera has extensive experience in custom hardware design for commercial, industrial and aerospace & defense sectors where some of Zitera's hardware has been deployed in harsh environments across the globe and are still in operation today.
Hardware Design
Zitera has extensive experience in ground-up, custom hardware design of products for various applications from satellite tracking to multi-motor controller cards for the aerospace & defense industry.
Production Management
Although Zitera does not manufacture hardware, Zitera can manage all production of custom hardware on the client's behalf. This includes testing and repairs of all custom hardware. Zitera has strong partnerships with a number of local manufacturers and international suppliers in order to produce a cost effective build of all custom hardware.
Automated Testing
Zitera has extensive experience in automated test procedure systems and has deployed some very complex testing systems for some of our clients to date. Zitera will engineer an end-to-end solution for an automated test procedure including:
- Custom jig design,
- Design and manufacturing of all custom test hardware,
- Development of all diagnostic embedded software,
- Development of any required application software to aggregate test data to 3rd party systems.
