Although Zitera Services is by no means an open source only development company we use a healthy combination of propriety and open source software in many products, where licensing permits, such that our clients can get the best engineered solution for the best price. Using open source technology is never for free, it always costs time to integrate and support, however, it is in most cases a lot more cost effective than proprietary solutions and usually more flexible.
